CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?
Yes! You may cancel at any moment, and there are no hidden costs. However, I do want at least two weeks' notice prior to the payment due date.
There will also be no reimbursement if you obtain a plan and seek cancellation.
DO I HAVE TO WEIGH MYSELF?
No! You are not required to do so. Many of my current customers do not weigh themselves during the process and instead rely on measurements and images to determine their progress each week.
DOES IT HAVE TO BE A GYM PLAN?
Nope! I design gym and home workout regimens that provide fantastic results!
My home workout regimens can be bodyweight or weighted depending on your equipment; however, if necessary, I may request that you acquire some equipment e.g (dumbbells).
DO YOU WRITE MEAL PLANS?
Yes, I do write personalized meal plans. However, it is optional.
DO I HAVE TO TRACK CALORIES?
You do not. I will not force you to do anything you do not want to do, and we may find ways to work around these obstacles!
Calorie tracking isn't required; I only advocate it. If you don't want to do it, that's fine; I can still assist you.
CAN I EAT OUT FOR DINNER OR HAVE SNACKS?
You certainly can! It is critical to have a social life while achieving progress. I'll show you how to include eating out into your regimen!
Yes, you can nibble! There is nothing wrong with this as long as it fits into your daily objectives.
WHAT IF I FALL OFF TRACK?
I require complete honesty during our time working together. I can only assist you if you are honest with me, which is why I encourage you to talk to me if you get off course or have a terrible day so that we can work together to solve these problems and prevent them from happening again!
I am here to work WITH you, not against you, and I will not be upset if you stray!
DO YOU WRITE THE WHOLE EXERCISE PLAN?
Yes! I develop the complete strategy just for you, and we collaborate to construct it around you and your life.
The workout routines are simple to follow, feature demonstrations, and specify how many reps and sets you must do, as well as how long you must rest! You may even keep track of the weights you use to see how your strength improves!
